Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by the Tubu Games studio of Tubu Arge (collectively, the "App", "Games" or "Service"). By installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and please uninstall it from your device.

Definitions

  • "Tubu Arge" or "we" / "us" — the Turkish entity providing the Service.
  • "Tubu Games" — the game-studio brand operated by Tubu Arge.
  • "App" / "Service" / "Games" — mobile games published under the Tubu Games brand.
  • "User" / "you" — the natural person who installs, opens, or uses the App.
  • "IAP" — In-App Purchase processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • "Virtual Goods" — coins, gems, items, progress states, and any other digital items that hold value only inside the App.
  • "Store" — Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

Service Scope

Tubu Games are free-to-play mobile games. The core gameplay experience is entirely free; ad removal, virtual goods bundles, and seasonal passes are optional purchases available via IAP.

You may only use the App from a jurisdiction where you are of legal age or under the supervision of a parent / legal guardian. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.

Account and Login

The App does not require a traditional user account. Sign-in via iOS Game Center, Apple ID, Google account, or email is not required. Instead, a device-specific Anonymous ID is generated and used to store your gameplay progress.

Tubu Arge is not liable for unrecoverable gameplay progress if you factory-reset or uninstall the game. We recommend noting your Device ID from the Settings panel for backup purposes.

User Obligations

When using the App, you agree:

  • Not to use the App for any unlawful purpose;
  • Not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Not to use automated tools, bots, macros, or cheat software;
  • Not to use fraudulent payment methods or initiate abusive refunds;
  • Not to abuse rewarded-ad rewards by circumventing the SDK.

Tubu Arge reserves the right to suspend access or reset Virtual Goods balances in case of breach.

Content and Intellectual Property

All graphics, audio, music, code, level designs, characters, brand names, and logos in the App are owned by Tubu Arge and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Games for personal entertainment.

In-App Purchases (IAP)

Purchases are processed by the respective Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their payment terms. Tubu Arge does not collect or store your billing details.

All IAP sales are final. Refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Virtual Goods Policy

Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money outside the Games.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays third-party advertisements. You can remove advertisements permanently by purchasing the "Remove Ads" IAP.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party SDKs (Firebase, AppLovin MAX, PlayFab, RevenueCat, Singular). Your use of the App is also subject to their privacy policies.

Availability and Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will be free from bugs or errors.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tubu Arge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
