How do I restore my in-app purchases?
In any Tubu Games title, open the Settings panel and tap the Restore Purchases button. Ensure you are signed into the same Apple App Store or Google Play account that was used to make the original purchase.
Do Tubu Games require an internet connection to play?
No, Tubu Games are fully playable offline! You can complete levels, earn virtual gold, and progress through local stages without Wi-Fi. However, online operations such as store validation, A/B experiments, and participating in live-ops events do require internet connectivity.
How is my game progress saved?
Your game progress is saved locally on your device. For active titles, progress is also securely backed up to PlayFab using your anonymous device ID. This ensures your coins, skins, and unlocked worlds are preserved across app updates on the same device.
How can I request my data to be deleted?
You can request the deletion of all gameplay data and anonymous profiles. Send an email titled "Data Deletion Request" to privacy@tubu.io. Please include your in-app Anonymous Device ID (found in the Settings panel) so we can locate your record. Active data is deleted within 30 days.
